In a Corporate Strategy Session, we clarify your objectives and build a strategic plan for a specific goal, decision, or stage of growth. You'll leave with a clear direction and the priorities to act on it. Best for owners who need a clear plan for one important move. In-person sessions in the San Antonio area are available when arranged in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. You can reschedule or cancel any session through your Client Portal at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session. For clients under a DMCG agreement, they may instead result in an additional charge at DMCG's standard advisory rate of $200/hr.
